About the Event

The Brooks Group’s Excellence in Account Management 2.0 training course will take place on April 18th and 19th at the La Posada de Santa Fe resort and spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Space is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to secure their spots.

This course builds on the fundamentals taught in our standard Excellence in Account Management courses. Taking this course first is strongly recommended but not required.

What You’ll Learn

Like all of our account management training courses, the Excellence in Account Management 2.0 course seeks to teach account managers in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries how to make the most of their time with new and existing customers.

Participants will learn how to combine strategic thinking with market knowledge to execute advanced customer engagement tactics. Using your knowledge of healthcare market trends gleaned from pharmaceutical market research, you will discover how to quickly ascertain what customers need and tailor your value proposition to those needs.

The course includes both online and in-person components and features talks from three prominent guest speakers from the pharmaceutical industry. Participants will be asked to complete the online components before the in-person activities begin.
