Leveraging Your Data Workshop – Feb. 20, 2020


As you refine your strategic business plans and/or get ready to build the business case for upcoming negotiations – the question is: How well are you leveraging your data? The Brooks Group & Quantuvis have come together to conduct custom workshops or invite you to come to one of our open enrollment programs where we step through the following objectives.

  • Provide techniques to translate data into insights
  • Identify relevant current & emerging rebate & UM trends
  • Conduct a negotiations post-mortem to determine what went well & what went wrong & determine the contract ROI
  • Establish baseline KPIs such as: number of times bid was revised; starting bid vs. where you ended up & more
  • Dissect analytics of which scenarios payers are accepting & dismissing to help evolve your strategy
  • Determine what types of rebates are being offered & accepted (outcomes, indication, non-resetting price protection, etc.)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of participant registration must be requested in writing and must be received on/before 30 days before the first day of the class. In addition, an administrative fee will be assessed. If you register after the refundable deadline, no refunds will be granted.

A $100 administrative fee will be assessed on all Brooks Group Open Enrollment course cancellations.

Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant. An administrative fee of $100 will be assessed. Only one substitution per registrant is allowed.

A registration transfer to other Brooks Group Open Enrollment courses is not allowed.
